How It Works

What Is It?

What’s virtual care? A service that helps you handle your health in many of the same ways an in-person primary care, urgent care, or behavioral health clinic can, just by phone (where permitted) or video!

Is there a cost? Most visits are included in your plan and provided at no cost. Review your member card for details.

Who Is Involved?

Who can use the service? Full Circle Virtual Care powered by MeMD is available to you, your spouse/domestic partner, and children.

Who will I see? A licensed and board-certified physician, PA, NP, therapist or psychiatric provider depending on the type of visit. When registering you will select a physician to be your PCP.

When Do We Work?

When should I use virtual primary care? Use Full Circle Virtual Care powered by MeMD instead of urgent care or primary care office visits. Request a visit and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll order tests, prescribe and refill medications when medically necessary, recommend ways to feel better, and can even arrange referrals and procedures with local specialists.

When can I use these services? Schedule a primary care or behavioral health visit in as few as 72 hours, or request an urgent care visit 24/7/365.

How Do I Save Money?

Since visits are included in your plan you don’t have to think about co-pays or confusing bills when you meet with your provider.

Where Can I Use Telehealth?

From the privacy of your own home, office, or secluded space—over the phone (where permitted) or by video.

Voluntary Benefits

Health insurance wasn't designed to cover everything, often leaving a gap. Learn how to close that gap by enrolling in policies that pay cash directly to you to use however you need.

Common types of voluntary policies can include:

  • Cancer
  • Accident
  • Hospital
  • Critical Illness
  • Disability
  • Life
  • Family Planning

We want you to focus on your health not stress about your finances.  Please send us a message below and we'll contact you to provide additional information.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance is protection for your greatest asset  —  your income.

This type of insurance coverage replaces a portion of your monthly income if injury or illness (to include maternity) prevents you from working.  It is commonly referred to as “paycheck protection.”

Having disability insurance provides financial security for you and any loved ones who may depend on your ability to earn a paycheck. The disability insurance benefits you receive from your policy can be used however you want, from monthly bills and out-of-pocket medical expenses to childcare and groceries. Please send us a message below and we'll contact you to provide additional information.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance is a key component in planning for your family.

No one likes to think about this policy, but it does offer financial protection to your loved ones if you die suddenly or due to an illness or an accident.

The beneficiaries of your life insurance policy receive a lump sum that covers bills, everyday expenses, and various anticipated costs such as medical bills or college tuition. There are several types of policies available including Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Juvenile Life Insurance as well as policies with Long Term Care riders and policies that offer cash value options. Please send us a message below and we'll contact you to provide additional information.

True Freedom arranges for a fully licensed, bonded and insured home care provider from the True Freedom qualified network, or seniors can select a True Freedom-approved friend or neighbor to provide their care.

Dental Insurance

DENTAL INSURANCE

Aside from protecting your smile, dental care ensures good oral and overall health. Several studies suggest that oral diseases, such as periodontitis (gum disease), can affect other areas of your body — including your heart. Understanding and choosing dental coverage will help protect you and your family from the high cost of dental disease and surgery.

In today’s world, there are traditional and untraditional plans for dental care. We offer options for standard dental insurance, and we also offer supplemental dental insurance. Plans can range from routine maintenance to a more comprehensive plan that meets the needs of your company and your team. Please send us a message below and we'll contact you to provide additional information.

Vision Insurance

Driving, reading your phone, and watching television are activities you perform every day. Your ability to do all of these, however, depends on your vision and eye health.

A visit with your eye doctor can determine whether you need corrective lenses and, if so, the correct prescription. Other eye concerns that will be addressed in an eye exam include checking for conditions or diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts, which can lead to vision loss. Obtaining vision insurance is a way to make sure you can continue enjoying good health as well as the sights around you.

Vision coverage is like regular medical insurance and is one of the voluntary benefit options commonly offered through employers. When you have vision insurance, you pay a premium and the insurance company will cover part or all the cost for vision care. Please send us a message below and we'll contact you to provide additional information.
